Walk through the village down to Cartforth Bridge, onto the river bank then over the footbridge to Hagg Lane, passing Wild Boat Farm and Turnover Hall Farm, then back on the riverbank to The Grapes hotel (detour to point of interest). Return to Great Eccleston via fields and riverbank.
